1. Order Processing
Orders placed on sales-forecasting.com are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment authorization is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship within the continental United States using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The available shipping methods (e.g., Standard Ground, Expedited, Two-Day, Next-Day) and associated costs will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to select the carrier and specific service level that best meets your delivery address and order requirements.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight and dimensions, and the destination delivery address. All charges are displayed before you finalize your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled prior to shipment or an error was made on our part.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the carrier has scanned the package into their system. They do not include order processing time. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Standard Ground: 3-8 business days

  • Expedited (2-3 Day): 2-3 business days

  • Two-Day Air: 2 business days

  • Next-Day Air: 1 business day (if ordered by 12:00 PM MST)

Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and remote/rural areas may experience longer transit times. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You are responsible for monitoring the shipment's progress using this information.

6. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Address corrections requested after shipment may incur additional charges.

  • Signature Requirements: For high-value orders, shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery. This requirement will be noted at checkout and/or in your shipping confirmation.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, any reshipping costs will be your responsibility. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product cost minus the original and return shipping charges and any restocking fees.

  • Risk of Loss: Title to the Products and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of a package after it has been delivered to the address you provided.

7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer direct international shipping from sales-forecasting.com. Customers outside the United States must use a freight forwarding service or purchase through an authorized international distributor. Any such orders are subject to the forwarding service's or distributor's terms, and we are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or delays once the shipment leaves the United States.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at eterny@sales-forecasting.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed or shipped. If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. If the order has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Upon Delivery: If your package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it or, if left, note the damage with the carrier immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eterny@sales-forecasting.com with photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the expected delivery date, contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will ship a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

10. Taxes
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to destinations where Eternity Forecast LLC is required to collect tax, as determined by applicable state and local laws. For international orders facilitated through third parties, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country.

11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. The policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that shipment.
